The Community of Montclair was established in 1969. Montclair is conveniently located 25 minutes south of the Beltway, and just 40 minutes from our nation's capitol. Montclair is bordered on the south by Prince William National Forest Park, which boasts camping and walking trails. It is also a 15 minute drive from Marine Corps Base Quantico. With two major airports within 40 miles and Potomac Mills Mall 5 miles outside our community, we are centrally located for shopping, dining, recreation and some of the best sightseeing in the area.
