The Board of Directors urges all Montclair homeowners to vote “Yes” in support of adopting the Second Amendment to the Montclair Deed of Declaration at the Annual Meeting on March 15, 2014 (see the end of this article for the proposed amendment). This amendment requires at least 67% of those casting ballots to vote “Yes” in order for it to be adopted. All of the MPOA Board members urge you to take a minute to read the information that follows. Simply voting to pass the proposed budget and to elect a Board member but leaving blank the vote on the proposed amendment, is actually a "No" vote against the document change. Please plan to vote in order to establish quorum for the Annual Meeting and vote “Yes” in support of adopting the Second Amendment to the Montclair Deed of Declaration. READ MORE
