The central theme of this meeting involves a number of issues; a vote on the Fiscal Year 2008 Budget with a proposed $36.00 annual assessment increase, the election of three new Board members, and a referendum seeking input on changes to the Community Guidelines allowing the display of political signs on private property.

Community Events Committee
Submitted by Courtney Larson on February 1, 2007 - 1:30pmA message from Kati Mangrio
The Community Events Committee is looking forward to presenting you with the events of 2007. We have been planning lots of new and exciting activities for our existing events as well as a new event called ‘Movies on the Beach.' We are hoping it will become one of your favorite family nights out. The committee is working hard with our new Events Coordinator to deliver top class events to Montclair; however, we still need all the help we can get from our volunteers who are kind enough to donate their time to our community. I would like to draw your attention to special areas where we will need help this year.
