Fri, May 01, 2009- Acted on one hearing for a violation of Community Guidelines 5.2.1 Applications by Homeowners; sanctions imposed.
- Approved the minutes from the March 11, 2009 Board of Directors’ meeting and the March 21, 2009 Organizational meeting.
- Denied a variance for the replacement of a damaged 18’ x 16’ wooden dock.
- Denied a variance for the replacement of a damaged 20’ x 12’ wooden dock.
- Rescinded Motion #09-036: approval of the use of Dolphin Beach on April 25, 2009 for an Eagle Scout fundraising project.
