  • Approved proposal from Dewberry to prepare Timber Ridge Sediment Forebay Survey

  • Approved right-of-entry agreement between PWC, Dept. of Public Works and the MPOA for common area parcels to accomplish stream restoration of Powells Creek

  • Denied a Variance Request to keep existing fence in side and rear yard and partially located on Southlakes common area

  • Approved two requests to suspend violation charges
