We asked current ArmstrongConnect users what they thought about the program. Of those who responded, an overwhelming 82% were more than pleased with the program and its features.

The majority of users said they liked the e-mail messages from MPOA staff the most. Others commented on the ease of navigating the site and the ability to view account balances and violations. Overall, residents said they felt more informed about happenings in Montclair than before they were registered.

ArmstrongConnect is a secure, password-protected website designed specifically for homeowners that provides access to association information not available to the general public.

As a homeowner, ArmstrongConnect provides you with association documents and forms, a community calendar, individual property information, and up-to-date community news. ArmstrongConnect also gives you access to your account balance complete with assessment history. Remember all those times you weren't exactly sure how much money you had left on your account or how much money you needed to pay off the year? Now is your chance to check it from your own home. ArmstrongConnect also has a feature called ‘Contact the Manager' that allows you to send an e-mail directly to the MPOA General Manager.

Montclair, Virginia has a population of roughly 15,000 people. With nearly 4500 homes including eight sub-associations, establishing and maintaining high-quality communication between residents, board members and the MPOA staff can be a difficult task.

With technology continually advancing, print information isn't always the first or best choice for associations to communicate with their residents. Because of this, the MPOA has an official website: www.MontclairVA.com. In March 2006, the Board of Directors approved a charter for an Ad Hoc Website Committee. Since then, a select few Montclair residents have spent time renovating and modernizing the official MPOA website. In October 2006, the revamped site was launched to residents. The result: more up-to-date information, better interactive options, and easier navigation. This site, MontclairVA.com, is the official community website of Montclair.
