Please Support the New Budget

As part of the FY2009 budget, the Landscape and Facilities Management Committee (LFMC) has proposed that MPOA establish a special landscaping fund. Each year, the LFMC seeks to identify and address landscaped areas that need repair and to begin new landscaping projects throughout the community. The FY2009 budget will allow us to move forward with this effort and help to keep Montclair a beautiful place to live. The entranceways to Montclair will be one of the first areas to receive new landscaping (see the pictures for examples). If you choose to support the budget, we will see these improvements by next fall!

We will be talking about these projects at the next LFMC meeting, usually scheduled for the third Thursday of the month. Recent Common-Area Enhancements

Two significant landscaping projects recently completed include the landscaping and retaining wall located at the intersection of Ashgrove and Waterway Drive, as well as new signs at the three entranceways into Montclair (Cardinal Drive, Country Club Drive, and Route 243).
