The Covenants Staff would like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything! This letter is long overdue, as we have been having success with the majority of homeowners in Montclair. We started with the first round of Annual Inspections on March 3 and not only have we seen success with compliance, but also we have had the privilege of assisting many homeowners with a better understanding of the MPOA Guidelines, Rules & Restrictions.  Numerous homeowners throughout this community have joined together, assisting their neighbors, and working together to restore Montclair to the pride that it should be.
