Jun 16 2008 - 9:00pm

There will be a meeting of the Storm Water Task Force on June 16th, from 7:30 to 9:00, at the MPOA Office.

The purpose
of the meeting will be look over the MPOA President's tasking, and per his direction, prepare a preliminary report (to be presented to the Board in July)
capturing areas and issues most likely to generate recommendations.

Questions to be addressed (our agenda) for the evening will include the following:

Is the purpose of the EAP to

Reduce risks to personnel and
Reduce risks to property (e.g., dam, docks, houses)?

Was the EAP followed?

Were contact lists used and were they accurate?
Are the "Stage conditions" accurate? Do we need more?
Should the EAP address all hazards, or just rain?
What changes to the EAP do we suggest?

Do the covenants and PIR processes need to be changed?

Is other/more monitoring equipment needed?

What other suggestions do we have for the MPOA Board?

I encourage anyone who might have an interest in this topic to join us.
