• Approved the minutes from the May 14, 2008 Board of Directors meeting.
• Acted on two hearings; sanctions imposed.
• Approved a request to make monthly assessment payments.
• Approved a variance for firewood.
• Denied a variance for a white picket fence located in the front yard.
• Approved four sandwich board signs for the Montclair Triathlon.
• Approved the current precinct boundaries for the 2009 Precinct Elections.
• Authorized staff to supply the already conducted aesthetic dock inspections to Prince William County and the dock owners for county safety inspections pending MPOA legal review.
• Denied a motion to conduct a third party review of the events leading up to and during the lake rise on May 12, 2008.
• Denied two monthly payment plan requests.
• Approved six requests for debt write-offs.
• Denied a request to waive late fees.
• Approved amendments to the Armstrong contract.
• Approved five dock property improvement requests.
