• Approved the minutes from the June 11, 2008 Board of Directors meeting.
• Acted on one hearing; deferred motion for 60 days.
• Denied a variance request for the placement of a shed.
• Approved a variance request for the replacement of a dock that was damaged.
• Denied a variance request to raise the height of an existing fence.
• Approved a variance request for the installation of a 12’ x 16’ stationary dock and 4’ walkway.
• Denied a variance request to keep an arbor/trellis and fence at its current location.
• Approved a property improvement request for the installation of a new bench on an existing dock.
• Approved a Storm Water Task Force (SWTF) public town hall meeting for July 21, 2008, 7:00 p.m. at the MPOA building.
• Denied a request to waive late fees.
• Approved a request to waive late fees.
• Approved a payment plan request.
• Approved a judicial lien foreclosure.
• Denied a motion to purchase three metal signs to deter solicitation within Montclair.
• Postponed indefinitely a motion to allow no more than two pontoon boats per dock/lot.
• Postponed until August a motion to remove all boats from Lake Montclair that are not properly documented or properly stored and to bill the lot owner for removal and storage charges.
• Authorized Segan, Mason and Mason to release judgment and liens as paid for an account and require the homeowner to pay incurred attorney fees.
• Approved the placement of a trashcan near Waterway Drive and Olivia Way.
