What is a PIR?

As a resident of Montclair, you are required to submit and receive approval from the Covenants Committee for any exterior modification prior to any work being started. A Property Improvement Request (PIR) is used to request this approval from the Covenants Committee. Be sure to read your MPOA Community Guidelines to see what information is required when submitting a request. Otherwise, you run the risk of your PIR being delayed. Additionally, you can call the covenants staff with any PIR questions at (703) 670-6187.
