  • Approved the minutes from the March 11, 2009 Board of Directors’ meeting and the March 21, 2009 Organizational meeting.
  • Denied a variance for the replacement of a damaged 18’ x 16’ wooden dock.
  • Denied a variance for the replacement of a damaged 20’ x 12’ wooden dock.
  • Rescinded Motion #09-036: approval of the use of Dolphin Beach on April 25, 2009 for an Eagle Scout fundraising project.
