from the December 13, 2006 BOD Meeting 

Authorized proposed FY2008 budget with an annual assessment of $493.00 to be voted on by the membership at the annual meeting on March 24, 2007.

Authorized MPOA president to sign restructured Armstrong management contract.

Approved the subcontracting for an unarmed security service for January 1, 2007 through April 30, 2007.

Approved to discontinue subcontracting of off-duty Prince William County police officers for two 4 hour shifts on weekends.

Directed MPOA staff to a prepare plan for after-hour use of the MPOA building.

Approved snow removal agreement with MPOA sub-associations.

Approved the placement of an advisory referendum on the March 2007 ballot to consider development of guidelines permitting limited political campaign signs on private property.

Approved minutes from the October 11, November 8, and November 29, 2006 Board of Directors meetings. 

Acted on three requests for waiver of violation fees

Acted on four payment plan requests, three requests to de-accelerate accounts and waive legal fees, and one non-judicial foreclosure.

Authorized repair to west beach boat ramp  

No property improvement requests or variance requests were reviewed at this meeting.  The next Board of Directors meeting is January 10th at 7:30 p.m. at the MPOA Building.
