The Quantico Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association, QCAAA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to educating the community and strengthening the existing relationship with the FBI. The members are business and community leaders who have attended the FBI Citizens Academy at Quantico, VA. Working in conjunction with the FBI and the National Football Coaches Association, they are pleased to provide NATIONAL CHILD IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM ID KITS as part of a shared vision for a safer community. These kits are free and are available for you in the MPOA Office. Stop by and pick up as many kits as you need. All you have to do is follow the easy directions for inkless fingerprinting and DNA swabs, fill out the information about that child, place a current picture in the handout and keep in a safe place.
