• Approved new exchange of goods and services agreement with Montclair Country Club


• Approved annual music licensing fee contract with ASCAP


• Approved two payment plan requests


• Approved landscaping enhancement project for Waterway Drive medians


• Approved Montclair Garden Club request to install rose bushes at the Blue Star Memorial in honor of deceased Garden Club members
