Authorized Armstrong Management to sell surplus landscape and patrol equipment.

Approved Annual Meeting Agenda and Election Packet.

Approved contract with Election Trust to manage MPOA 2007 Annual Election and Budget Referendum.

Directed Armstrong Management to write-off homeowner accounts with balances of $10.00 or less.

Directed Armstrong to solicit bids for the approved Lake Survey RFP.
