The majority of streets in Montclair are owned by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). Approximately 1.9 miles are owned by the Montclair Property Owners Association (MPOA). Streets within sub-associations are owned by the sub-associations which have contracted with the MPOA for snow removal services.
