Covenants Corner: Annual Precinct Inspections

The Covenants Department is preparing for 2007 Annual Precinct Inspections. These inspections will begin March 15, 2007 and take place until every property in Montclair has been inspected.  Please take this time to ensure that your property is up to par with current MPOA Community Guidelines.

The February Board of Directors meeting was cancelled due to inclement weather.  All agenda items will be carried forward to the March BOD meeting to be held March 14, 2007, 7:30 p.m. at the MPOA building.  A revised agenda will be posted on ArmstrongConnect as well as the MPOA website the week of March 5th.

REMINDER: Holiday lights and decorations must be taken down and stored out of sight.
