It's time to clean out your wardrobe, home and garage and turn those treasures into cash.  Rent a space at the upcoming semi-annual Montclair FCE Community Yard Sale held Saturday September 22 at the Henderson Elementary School parking lot on Waterway Drive from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Rain date will be Sunday September 23. 

Over 60 spaces are available for participating sellers.  All vendors are welcome, and you do not need to be a Montclair resident.  Space rental for the sale of food is not permitted; however, donuts, coffee, hot dogs and soft drinks will be available at the food booth operated by the Montclair FCE Club.

Space fee is $20.  Space assignments are given in the order of phone calls received.  Reservations will be accepted beginning September 4 at 8:30 a.m.  NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE THIS DATE.  A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $10 is required and must be submitted by September 12.  Cancellations must be received by September 14, at which time those on the waiting list will be notified of spaces available.  For reservations, call Diana Bell at 703/670-7696. 

The Montclair FCE Club is a non-profit organization affiliated with Virginia and Community Education Service.  Your space rental fees and all proceeds from food sales are donated to local charities including Transitional Best Housing for single mothers, 4-H Scholarships, ACTS, Turning Point, Boys and Girls Club, Operation Turkey, and the American Red Cross.
