Christopher Engleright

Position: 
Covenants Inspector

Christopher Engleright joined MPOA in March of 2012 as a Covenants Inspector for Precincts 2 and 4.  Before becoming an inspector, Chris worked three summers with MPOA as a Recreation Manager. He is a recent graduate of Christopher Newport University with a degree in Biology.


As a Covenants Inspector, Chris is responsible for enforcing community guidelines. He performs yearly Precinct inspections, performs disclosure inspections on homes for sale, and responds to homeowner concerns or complaints.

Samantha Fleming

Position: 
Community Services Administrative Assistant

Samantha Fleming serves as the Community Services Administrative Assistant at the MPOA office. She began at MPOA in June of 2011 as the Covenants Inspector for Precincts 1 and 3. She is a recent graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Italian language. While at VCU, she worked in the Preservation department of the school’s library helping to prepare for upcoming renovations. She and her fiancé, Jeff, just purchased their first home and reside in Fredericksburg.


As the Community Services Administrative Assistant, Samantha is responsible for assisting the Community Services Manager with tasks relating to communications and events. She also spends time helping managers and the Covenants team with various other tasks around the office. Samantha can be found taking photos at the many Montclair events throughout the year, so if you see her say "Cheese!" and you may get your picture in the Montclairion!

Tom Whiting

Position: 
Assistant General Manager of Operations

Tom Whiting joined the MPOA Management Staff on June 20, 2011.  Tom has over 18 years of Management and Supervisory experience. Before getting into Property Management, Tom worked for a 64 apartment, four-story assisted living facility in Leesburg, VA for seven years as a Maintenance Engineer.  In November 2000 Tom made the move to Property Management, where he was the Operations Director for the first five years and General Manager for his last six years for the large upscale community Ashburn Farms Association in Ashburn, VA. Tom is a lifelong resident of Loudoun County and currently resides in Ashburn with his wife, Lizzy, and their two sons.


Tom's role with MPOA is to oversee the physical property that includes but is not limited to the common property, the lake and the recreation/beach areas and also contributing to the operations of the MPOA office.  He supervises the three-person full-time maintenance staff.  When the Board of Directors approve projects within Montclair to update or improve the community, Tom implements the projects from start to finish.  He sits on the Lake Management and the Landscape & Facilities Management committees as the staff liaison.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the community, he is always available to listen.

Ashley Harrell

Position: 
Covenants Administrator

Ashley HarrellAshley joined MPOA in November 2010 as a Covenants Inspector.  She is originally from San Diego, Calif. but relocated to Virginia in August 2010 due to her husbands’ military transfer to MCB Quantico. She has almost four years of property management experience, having worked primarily with high rise condos in the downtown San Diego area. As new homeowners in the Stafford, VA area, Ashley and her husband look forward to the new experiences they will have on the East Coast.

Elizabeth McKeone

Position: 
Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth has been at Montclair for three years and with Armstrong Management Services for five years.  She started as a portfolio manager and covenants inspector in 2006  working from home and maintaining seven separate properties within the Woodbridge and Stafford areas. Elizabeth then moved to MPOA in 2008 as a Covenants Inspector and recently changed positions to be the Administrative Assistant to the MPOA. She handles all payments that come into the Montclair office as well as all beach tags forms, beach reservations, Montclarion payments, and boat stickers. Elizabeth assists the General Manager and Assistant General Manager's in all administrative duties.


When calling into the Montclair office she is often the first voice you will hear and she will try and help you the best she can, or forward your call to the appropriate person within the office. Whether you call or come in she will be happy and ready to assist you in any way she can.  Elizabeth has lived in Montclair with her family since the 1980's and still currently resides within the community.
