October 5, 2016 Special Board of Directors Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Montclair Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, October 5th, 2016 at 7pm. This meeting’s purpose will be to discuss the State Mandated Reconstruction of the Lake Montclair Dam Spillway and the allocation of funds for this proposed expenditure. Please see the Special Meeting’s Agenda for more details.

Boat and Dock Permit Registration

Don't forget! Beginning October 1, the MPOA office will be accepting Boat Registration and Dock Permit Registration forms for the 2016-2017 season. Both forms and their corresponding documentation must be submitted to the MPOA office by October 31. Residents who do not register their boats by November 10 will incur a $15 late fee. Residents who do not renew their dock permit registration will incur a $200 late fee unless there is proof by November 10 that insurance was in effect since November 1, 2015. A quick election reminder!

As we enter into the election season, please be mindful of our guideline concerning political signs throughout the community. According to Community Guidelines Article 5, Section 5.4.41 (h): “Political campaign signs are not permitted.” Thank you for helping to maintain a pleasant and beautiful Montclair for all residents!

MPOA Closed--Labor Day

Reminder that the MPOA office will be closed on Monday, September 5 in honor of Labor Day. The office will reopen during normal business hours on Tuesday, September 6. The MPOA would like to wish all Montclair residents a safe and joyous holiday!
