Assessment Payment Notification
Reminder: the last set of dues for the 2018/2019 fiscal year must be submitted to the MPOA office either by check or money order no later than February 1st. Payments can also be made online via ClickPay. Any payment received after February 10th will be considered late and thus subjected to a fee of $35.00. There will be no payments from March-April. Volunteer Appreciation Banquet
Join us for our annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet Wednesday, February 27th at 7:00 p.m. for an honorary dinner in recognition of all our superb volunteers, including one remarkable resident for all their extraordinary work during the 2018 season. Lake Update
The lake level has reached 7 feet below normal pool. We will need to lower it an additional 1.5 feet in order to install the concrete footers required for the new deck being constructed at Dolphin Beach. We will maintain the lake level at approximately 8.5 feet below normal pool until the footers have been installed and approved. Office Closed Monday
Please note the MPOA office will be closed Monday, January 21st in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Phone calls and emails will not be monitored that day. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, January 22nd at 8:30 a.m.

LAKE LOWERING STARTS TODAY
LAKE LOWERING HAS BEGUN. The lake will be lowered 3 feet the first 24 – 48 hours, then 6 inches per day thereafter. The lake level is expected to be lowered approximately 7 feet below normal pool and will remain low for several weeks. The lake will be allowed to rise to normal pool once the concrete footers have been inspected and approved by the County.
