Montclair Community News – September 23, 2019 Boat Registration and Annual Dock Permits Starting October 1, 2019, the MPOA Office will be accepting Boat Registration and Annual Dock Permit forms for the October 2019 to September 2020 season. The forms are available at the MPOA Office or on our website at www.montclairva.com by clicking “For Residents” then “Documents & Forms” or click here.
