Montclair Community News – November 22, 2019 MPOA Budget Presentation to Membership The proposed FY21 Budget to be voted on by the MPOA Membership at the March 2020 Annual Meeting has an annual assessment projection of $800.00 per year distributed across 3857 lots. There are two significant factors associated with this increase - Trash pickup in Montclair and Reserve contributions.
