I am pleased to report that as of this writing, the level of the lake has surpassed the 188’ mark. All rules and regulations for use of the beaches and the lake are still to be followed.

This morning, Shirley Contracting submitted to us a letter of final acceptance advising that all contract and punch list work has been completed as of today. That is also being reviewed by our engineer prior to our acceptance and signature.

We have plan in place should the lake level return to normal pool and continue to rise. Conditions will be constantly monitored and evaluated throughout the event and MPOA Maintenance staff are prepared to address issues that may result from a rapid rise in the lake.
