Lake Services will replace the floating boom in front of the dam on Friday June 28, 2019. The Board approved a one-time use of gas powered boats to complete this project. This project is expected to be complete in one day.
The MPOA office will be closed Thursday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Phone calls and emails will not be monitored at the office during this time. All phone calls and emails will promptly be attended to upon reopening Friday, July 5th at 8:30 a.m.

Montclair Triathlon – Sunday, June 23, 2019
It's not too late to sign up for the Montclair Triathlon!
Swim, bike, and run through our beautiful community on Sunday, June 23, 2019 beginning at 7:00 AM at Dolphin Beach. The race is expected to be finished by 10:00 AM. The Montclair Triathlon is a great way for those wishing to try their first multi-sport event or those looking to gain more experience. Relay teams are also welcome.
On June 11, 2019, MPOA management was made aware of printing issues with the Montclairion. Several homeowners received copies that contained blank and/or faded pages.
Management immediately contacted GAM Printing about the issue. GAM deeply apologizes for any inconvenience that this may have caused and is in the process of printing 100 extra copies (at no-charge) to be delivered to the MPOA offices. These extra copies will be delivered to the office 6/12/19 and residents can come to the MPOA office to pick up a copy.
MPOA office hours are M-F 8:30AM – 5:00PM, as a reminder we do offer extended summer hours on Wednesday’s from 8:30AM – 8:00PM.

On June 3th at 3:30pm, the MPOA Board President, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager held a conference call with the Commercial Sales Manager for American Disposal and their HOA Consultant. We expressed our extreme displeasure at the current state of our trash service and the inconsiderate way our Members were notified.
American Disposal claims they are unable to conduct trash pickup twice a week in many communities due to workforce shortages. They stated that Montclair is one of many HOAs that had routes changed at the last minute and with little notice. We insisted they honor our contract, however, neither the Sales Manager nor the Consultant has the authority to change our route.
