Brightview will be aerating, adding topsoil, and over-seeding the dam this week. This process may require restricted access across the dam at times. Please consider taking a different route if you use this path during the time work will be taking place (between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.). We expect this process to be completed by Friday, August 2, 2019, weather permitting. Once the over-seeding is complete, the maintenance staff will begin their watering schedule, which will continue for several weeks. You may come across a truck and watering trailer on the dam once in the morning and again in the afternoon. Please use extreme caution when walking near or around any equipment on the dam. There is a leak in an underground water line that required staff to shut off water to Dolphin Beach. Management is working to repair the leak and restore water to the bathrooms and yard hydrants. The Dolphin Beach restrooms and rinse off stations/hydrants are out of operation until further notice, an emergency repair is currently underway do to this unforeseen event. Residents can still utilize Dolphin Beach for summer activities however, please keep in mind that the bathrooms and rinse off stations/hydrants are out of order. Please plan accordingly until further notice
