Your health and safety are at the forefront of every decision we make within the community. The Montclair Property Owners Association Board of Directors (BOD) continues to do all that we can to protect our community and every homeowner currently residing in it. As the Novel Corona virus (COVID-19) continues to be utmost on our minds, we want to provide an update on some of the current actions Virginia Governor Ralph Northam has undertaken to help protect us in this fight against COVID-19, and the effects of this as it pertains to our community.

MPOA 2020 -2021 Recreation IDs
*Please note that office procedures for accepting and processing forms may change if the MPOA Office closures are relaxed or extended due to Government directives. The drop box located to the left of the MPOA Office doors is always available for dropping off forms and documents.
Updating IDs - please submit the completed application to the MPOA office along with your 2019 ID cards, and proof of residency for anyone in the home over the age of 18.
Lost IDs – please submit the completed application to the MPOA office along with proof of residency for anyone in the home over the age of 18, a check for ($10 per) each new ID, and a picture for each person getting a new ID.
First time IDs...
The Board of Directors (BOD) recently received clarification that MPOA Common Areas are considered Recreational Facilities and, as such, have been operating out-of-sync with the Governor’s Executive Orders 60 and 62. Specifically, the BOD was informed that Recreational Facilities are to remain closed in Phase Zero and the Association was obligated to take reasonable measures to enforce this closure. Failure to do so has the potential to leave the Association vulnerable to legal liability and in breach of current insurance agreements. Given this information, the BOD has directed the following:
