A Town Hall Meeting will be held on Monday, November 30, 7 p.m. at the Southlake Recreation Center to discuss the dock and common area issues in the Southlake area. The agenda for this meeting is available here. Members of the Association are welcome to attend this meeting with questions or concerns. The MPOA office will close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, and be closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 in observance of Thanksgiving. The office will reopen with normal business hours Monday, November 30.
The Budget & Finance Committee will hold their Public Meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 7 p.m. at the MPOA office. Members of the community are invited to attend and participate in open discussion on the FY17 Draft Budget.
Donations are being accepted until noon Friday, November 13 for the 8th Annual Food Drive. Help us stock PWC ACTS Food Pantry by dropping off non-perishable items at the MPOA office. For a list of items needed, click here.
Help us stock the Prince William County Action in Community Through Service (PWC ACTS) Food Pantry during the 8th Annual Food Drive. Donations are being accepted for Operation Turkey, an initiative to provide Thanksgiving dinner to those in need, as well as general donations for the Food Pantry. Drop off donations at the MPOA office until noon Friday, November 13.
In honor of Veterans Day, we'll be including a special article in the November Montclairion recognizing veterans in Montclair. Please submit your veteran's name, military branch, rank, and additional notes to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, October 9 for inclusion.
