Independence Day Celebration

June 19, 2015

Celebrate America’s birthday right at home. Montclair’s Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 4 is full of fun for the whole family. In the morning, bring your decorated bike to Henderson Elementary for a patriotic bike parade to the MPOA office. Later that evening, head to Dolphin Beach to enjoy music, food and fireworks. Boom Boom Boca Grill, Fat Mike’s Gourmet Grill and Mojo’s Shaved Ice will be serving up all-American treats that’ll have you chanting “USA!” while you dance the night away to the sounds of The Lone Rangers. End the night with one of the area’s best fireworks displays at 9 p.m. Fireworks may be launched earlier in cases of inclement weather, so please arrive early. Don’t forget your Recreation Photo ID, and please refrain from bringing alcohol and personal fireworks. All coolers will be checked prior to entry.
