Boat & Dock Permit Registration

The MPOA office is now accepting Boat Registration and Dock Permit Registration forms for the October 2015 to September 2016 season. Both forms and their corresponding documentation must be submitted to the MPOA office by Friday, October 30. Forms are available by clicking here. Boat Registration

All boats operating on Lake Montclair are required to be registered with the MPOA. Boats stored at the West Beach boat racks are required to pay a $25 fee upon renewal. Boats that are not registered by November 10 will incur a $15 late fee. Additionally, any boat stored at West Beach that is not properly registered by March will be sold at auction. If you are registering a new boat, please bring or email a photo of the boat to info@montclairva.com.

Dock Permit Registration

Lakefront owners with docks on Lake Montclair are required to renew the Dock Permit Registration annually. Please provide a copy of your General Liability Insurance of no less than $1,000,000 listing the MPOA as a certificate holder or additional insured (where available with the insurance carrier) with the form at the time of registration. Residents who do not renew their dock permit registration will incur a $200 late fee unless there is proof by November 10 that insurance was in effect since November 1, 2015.
