Guideline Changes Effective December 1

The following amendments to the Community Guidelines were made at the October 14, 2015 Board of Directors meeting. These amendments will go into effect December 1, 2015. If you have any questions, please contact the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187.

Article 5, Section 5.9.1. Enforcement Procedures to provide between 14 and 30 days for compliance with the first notice of non-compliance and to automatically provide a hearing for all homeowners in receipt of a third notice of non-compliance.
