Don't Delay, Vote Today!

Voting is now open for the annual meeting. Owners are encouraged to vote at their earliest convenience on both the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget and three At-Large Representative Board of Directors candidates. Annual meeting packets were mailed to all owners of record on February 10. If you have not received your packet, please contact Kristie Upperman at (703) 670-6187 or administration@montclairva.com to make arrangements for a replacement. Paper ballots should be mailed by Friday, March 4. Ballots submitted by fax or internet must be submitted by 5 p.m. Thursday, March 10. Registration for voting in-person at the annual meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at the Southlake Recreation Center. Board candidate profiles can be found here.
