Don't Forget: Vote Now for the Annual Meeting!

Don’t miss your chance to make your voice heard in the Annual Meeting. Voting continues for the FY17 Budget and three At-Large Representatives for the Board of Directors. Voting packets were mailed to all owners of record on Wednesday, February 10. Owners have four options for voting in the Annual Meeting: internet, mail, fax or in person. The deadline for mailing paper ballots is today, Friday, March 4. If you are voting via mail-in ballot please ensure your ballot is placed in the mail today. Fax and internet ballots should be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Thursday, March 10. For internet voting, visit www.electiontrust.com/mpoa and input the Ballot Control Number (BCN) provided in the Annual Meeting packet.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 12 at the Southlake Recreation Center. Registration for in-person voting will begin at 9 a.m., and the meeting will call to order at 10 a.m. Owners are welcome to attend the meeting, and will be permitted speaking time during designated portions of the meeting.
