Annual Meeting: This Saturday

The Annual Meeting will be held this Saturday, March 12 at the Southlake Recreation Center. Registration for in-person voting will begin at 9 a.m. and the meeting will call to order at 10 a.m. Owners are welcome to attend the meeting and will be permitted speaking time during designated portions of the meeting.

Don’t forget to cast your vote. Only 95.4% of quorum has been met, and 41 votes are needed to ensure minimum voting requirements are met. Failure to meet quorum may require another meeting to be held to vote on the budget at the expense of the membership. Fax and internet ballots are due no later than 5 p.m. Thursday, March 10. Internet votes may be cast by visiting www.electiontrust.com/mpoa and entering the Ballot Control Number (BCN) provided in the Annual Meeting packet. If you are unable to submit your vote before this deadline, you may attend the Annual Meeting to cast your vote in person.
