The following amendments to the Community Guidelines and Assessment Collection Policy were made at the June 8 Board of Directors meeting. These amendments will go into effect August 1. If you have any questions, please contact the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187.
Article 5, Section 5.4.10 Doors, Entry/Storm and Garage to clarify the type of storm door allowed in Nob Hill Forest Townhomes, and to allow changes from the original door style only with advance PIR approval.
