Town Hall and Annual Meeting

The Montclair Board of Directors will hold a Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, March 1st at 7:00pm in the MPOA building.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the status of the impending Spillway Project and to share information regarding the scope of the project and potential impact to the community.  This will be the first of several such meetings that will be held to ensure that the community is properly informed about the project. New information will also be shared as it becomes available during the planning  and execution phases of the project. We encourage you to attend the meeting

The annual meeting will be held on Saturday, March 11, at the South Lake Recreation Center. Registration will open at 9:00 am and the meeting will call to order at 10:00 am. This year the lot owners will be asked to vote for four At-Large Representatives to serve on the Board of Directors and the FY2018 Budget. Owners of Record may vote via the internet, mail, or in-person at the Annual Meeting on March 11, 2017. Paper ballots should be mailed by Friday, March 3, 2017. Online ballots must be submitted by 5 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2017. For any questions, please contact the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187.
