Get ready for Annual Inspections

It’s that time of year again, annual inspections are about to begin! Towards the end of March, the Covenants Department will conduct their yearly inspections of the neighborhood. This process entails a detailed inspection of all lots in Montclair, and is vital in retaining the beauty and integrity of our community.
