Peter Cottontail is here,

And he’s hidden his eggs at Dolphin Beach! Join us for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 8, 2017. Mr. Cottontail is expected to make landfall at Dolphin Beach by boat at 10:00 am, so make sure you get there no later than 9:50 am! A schedule of events may be found below. Don’t forget to bring a basket for your eggs and your recreation photo ID for entry to the beach. This is a celebration you won’t want to miss, and we hope that you join us for an egg-cellent morning!

Easter Egg Hunt Schedule:

10:30 am: Ages 2 and under

10:45 am: Ages 3-4

11:00 am: Ages 5-6

11:15 am: Ages 7-8

11:30 am: Ages 9-11

Refreshments: Juice, coffee, and doughnuts to be served

Activities: Face painting, balloon animals, petting zoo

Don't forget to bring your Recreation Photo ID's! Both the 2016 and 2017 renewal stickers will be accepted. Please also note that the parking lot will be closed for the event, but there will be plenty of room to park on the street.

Admission to the beach will start at 9:50 am, ten minutes before the Easter Rabbit arrives by boat!

Volunteers are still needed! Please sign up here if you are interested. If you are volunteering, please make sure that you arrive fifteen minutes before your shift, and that you sign in with the volunteers checking passes at the gate before going to your station.
