Beach Reservations are opened for business

Summertime is here and the beach is officially opened for reservations starting today, April 27, 2017 for residents holding casual events. Remember, residents must provide an updated copy of their declarations page for their homeowners/tenant’s insurance policy and must make reservations four business days prior to the event. In addition to this, all residents are required to come to the office in person to make their reservation. We also require that residents provide the office with a guest list four days business days before their event takes place. Please contact the office at (703) 670-6187 for more information.
