Last Beer on the Beach of the season with Nick Coons *ATTENTION*

See summer off with the final Beer on the Beach of the season. Come out on August 18 at 7:00 p.m. to relax with neighbors, watch the sunset, and listen to the relaxing sounds of music artist Nick Coons as he serenades residents with an acoustic medley. Only 21 and over will be permitted. All residents who do not meet this age requirement must leave the beach, including the playground, the pavilion, and the fishing dock, before the event begins. All other activities and swimming will be prohibited. Don’t forget to bring your RPID, a valid driver’s license, and a cooler for your drinks!
