There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., to be held at the MPOA Building. The purpose of this meeting will be the following; to appoint a Board Member to fill an At-Large vacancy, to discuss and approve the proposal from Shirley Contracting submitted in response to the invitation to bid on the Spillway Alteration Project, to review and approve the proposal from Froehling & Robertson for Project Oversight Services, to schedule a Town Hall Meeting for the Spillway Project, and to consider a reduced advertising rate to the Fire Department for ad space in the Montclairion.
