Montclairion Corrections – February 2018

Please note that the February edition of the Montclairion includes two incorrect dates on page 9 for the Annual Meeting Notice. Please find the dates and their corrections below,

"Are you eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting? Only Owners of Record in good standing are eligible to vote, and only one vote per lot may be cast on each issue. To be in good standing, any financial obligation to the Association must be paid by 5 p.m. on the Record Date, Wednesday, February 12, 2018."

The correct date that you must pay any financial obligation to the Association is by 5 p.m. on the Record Date, which is MONDAY, February 12, 2018.

"Watch for your Annual Meeting Packet! The 2018 Annual Meeting Packet will be mailed to Members on Wednesday, February 9, 2018. Members eligible to vote can do so in one of three ways: electronically via the internet, by mail, or in-person at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 10, 2018. Electronic voting instructions and Member Number and Election Passcode will be included in the Annual Meeting Packet."

The correct date that the 2018 Annual Meeting Packet will be mailed to Members is on FRIDAY, February 9, 2018.

"NOTICE - ANNUAL MEETING PACKETS TO BE SENT TO ALL OWNERS OF RECORD The 2018 Annual Meeting packets will be mailed to the Owners of Record on Wednesday, February 9, 2018 by Survey & Ballot Systems, the company hired by MPOA to administer this election."

The correct date that the 2018 Annual Meeting Packet will be mailed to Owners of Record will be on FRIDAY, February 9, 2018.
