Annual Meeting Schedule

The Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday, March 10, 2018. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. and call to order at 10:00 a.m. This is a very important event in our community, and to make sure that all Members have the opportunity to vote, here are a few dates to keep in mind!

February 9: Notice of Annual Meeting and Annual Meeting Packet mailed to all Owners of record. If you do not receive a packet by the following week, contact the MPOA at (703) 670-6187 to receive a replacement ballot. February 12: Record Date, the date for determining which Persons are Members and entitled to vote. February 14: List of Members as of Record Date available for review at MPOA Office/Front Desk. February 24: Coffee with the Candidates, 10:00 a.m. Take the opportunity to ask questions, chat, or simply get to know who is running for the Board. March 2: Those intending to vote via paper ballot will need to mail them today to ensure they are received by the deadline. Please use the envelope provided to mail the ballot. March 8: Referendum Ballots and Electronic Voting Deadline due today at 5:00 p.m. March 10: Annual Meeting at the Southlake Recreation Center. Referendum In-Person Voting will take place at 9:00 a.m. to approximately 11:30 a.m. (following budget presentation).
