Annual Election dates and reminders

The Annual Meeting is almost here, and it’s time for all Members in good standing to cast their vote. Remember, there are a few deadlines to keep in mind whether you plan to vote in person, electronically, or by mail.

February 24: Coffee with the Candidates. Chat, or simply familiarize yourself with who is running for the Board.

March 2: Those intending to vote via paper ballot will need to mail them today to ensure they are received by the deadline. Please use the envelope provided to mail the ballot.

March 8: Referendum Ballots and Electronic Voting Deadline due today, 5:00 p.m.

March 10: Annual Meeting at the Southlake Recreation Center. Registration is at 9:00 a.m., call to Order will be at 10:00 a.m. Referendum In-Person Voting will take place at 9:00 a.m. to approximately 11:30 a.m. (following budget presentation).

Don’t forget, this is a precinct election. All four precinct seats will be up for election, so make sure to cast your vote so that your voice is heard!
