Boats stored at West Beach

Boat owners who would like to remove their boat from the West Beach Storage may call the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187 to schedule a time for staff to open the gates to the West Beach parking lot and Boat Ramp. Residents will have until Monday, April 30, 2018 by close of business (5:00 p.m.) to retrieve their boat from West Beach. Boat owners who do not remove their boats by the end of this time period will not have access to their boats until Lake Montclair and the beaches are restored to their normal capacity. Those who remove their boat from West Beach storage will be refunded the $25 storage fee and do so with the understanding that the boat cannot be returned to West Beach until the beaches reopen.
