RPID Reminder

Events season is officially here! And we don’t want you to miss out on the fun. If you haven’t already, take some time to stop by the MPOA office to pick up your updated 2018 RPID stickers. Remember, if you are a tenant or have tenants new guidelines have gone into effect that change the way that RPIDs and updated stickers are distributed. Revised Article 4, Section 4.1.2 Recreation Photo IDs states that, “Non-resident Property Owners are only authorized to receive RPIDs for one household. They may only obtain RPIDs for their Non-resident household or their renters, but not both.” Before coming in, please ensure that you bring any physical RPIDs you wish to update with you, otherwise the office will not be able to issue your stickers. Feel free to drop on by Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. to get your updated stickers.
