Annual Meeting Election Dates & Reminders

The Annual Meeting is almost here, and it’s time for all Members in good standing to cast their vote. Here are some deadlines to keep in mind:

February 23: Coffee with the Candidates. Get to know our At-Large candidates at the MPOA office at 10:00 a.m. March 1: Deadline for mailing paper ballots. Please do not send to the MPOA office. The mailing address will be provided on your envelope. March 7: Referendum Ballots and Electronic Voting Deadline due at 5:00 p.m. March 9: Annual Meeting at the Southlake Recreation Center at 9:00 a.m.
