Trash Notice

Effective June 3, your trash pickup will be one time per week on THURSDAY. The MPOA Management Staff & the Board of Directors were just made aware of American Disposal’s Frequency Schedule Change at approximately 3pm last Friday. The Board is in discussion with American Disposal and will provide the Membership with an update as soon as additional information becomes available. Please be advised that as of June 3 the Recycling will be picked up on Mondays; and trash will be picked up on Thursdays. Residents can expect a letter from American Disposal shortly with your new adjusted monthly rate.
